Monthly Reconciliation

Login, or create your Online Account at the JP Morgan PaymentNet Website

Enter Organization ID: UNIPENN

Enter your User ID and Password and click the “Log In” button at the bottom

If you do not have a JP Morgan Online Account, please create one with the Link listed in the center. Please note that all of your answers to any request for information or questions must be provided as entered on your ProCard application.

  • Enter your ProCard number and last four digits of your SSN.
  • Select one of the additional security measures listed and click next.
  • Create your User ID using your PennKey supply your Penn email address and continue on to get your password sent to you.

Once you are logged in, you will come to the UPenn home screen:

Click "Reports" scroll down and click on "Create"


This will bring up the statement screen. Select "Statement of Account Portrait"

You be sent to the “Report Detail” Screen. You will not have to change anything on your criteria unless you are looking for transactions from a previous period. Tutorial on that will be provided upon request.

Click on "Process Report"

This is what the "Available Downloads" screen will be. You will have to wait for the report to process. Once the status says "Successful" the Statement of Account Portrait.zip will become a link and available to open.

Click on the current report and it will open as a PDF.

Please print out the PDF, confirm all purchases, sign and submit to your supervisor for signature.

Once the reports are signed by you and your supervisor, submit to the Penn Global Business Office.

Effective immediately, J.P. Morgan will begin providing direct support to cardholders when they need help logging on to PaymentNet. You can call the toll free number 800-316-6056 or outside the U.S. 847-488-3748 to ask for help. You will be transferred to a specially trained PaymentNet consultant who will provide the necessary assistance. Support will be provided between the hours of 5:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) and 1:00 a.m. CT, Monday through Friday
