Jaclyn (Jackie) Billek is the Staff Assistant for the Penn Global Initiatives team. She holds a B.A. with honors from West Chester University. Her work includes administrative support for the Executive Director for Global Initiatives and the Vice Provost for Global Initiatives, department correspondence, and support for internal and external department events. Prior to joining the Penn Global team, Jackie worked as an executive assistant in the real estate and finance industries, and served as an academic and corporate program manager for Getting More Inc., a consulting firm specializing in high-stakes negotiation and dispute resolution training.
