Becky joined Penn’s Global Support Services office in June 2019 as Director of Global People Operations. In this role, she provides policy and practical guidance on global “people” issues occurring outside the United States, including hiring, benefits, travel, visas, relocation, and labor compliance. Becky received her BA in Global Affairs from George Mason University and an MA in International Relations (with concentrations in International Law and Economics) from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies; she is currently pursuing a law degree from Temple University. She was a Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellow and spent the first five years of her career as a Foreign Service Officer. During her time with the State Department, she worked on the Egypt and NATO desks and spent two years as a consular officer in Casablanca, Morocco. After leaving State, Becky worked as an international scholar advisor and a compliance analyst, and most recently worked as Chief of Staff for Penn Medicine Radiation Oncology.
