Riley Cook is an International Student and Scholar Advisor for ISSS at the University of Pennsylvania. Her cases include F-1 students, J-1 students, and J-1 Scholars. Riley greatly enjoys connecting with her advisees and identifying ways to provide the best possible service to Penn’s international community. Outside of work, Riley can often be found exploring Philly with her dog Rosie.
Riley’s passion for supporting international students and scholars stems from her experience working on various immigration issues in the US and Germany. As a Fulbright scholar, she researched the impact of refugee housing on integration of Syrian refugees. Riley graduated from Kalamazoo College summa cum laude with a B.A. in Philosophy and German and holds an M.S. Ed. from Penn’s Graduate School of Education.
