Sarah Shahed

Biography

Sarah Shahed is a rising junior at the University of Pennsylvania from South Brunswick, New Jersey. She is majoring in Philosophy, Politics, Economics with a concentration in Public Policy and Governance while pursuing minors in Legal Studies and History and in Science, Technology, and Society. She is interested in the intersection of technology and policy, and plans to pursue law school and work in consumer privacy law. 

At Penn, she serves as the Vice President of University Relations for Wharton Women and as Vice President of Show for South Asia Society. She is also the Externship Administrative Assistant at Penn Carey Law School. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, yoga,  reading, going to the gym, and spending time with her cat, Lulu.
