Join our mailing list and connect with us at events this fall to enter the Go Abroad Giveaway! Penn undergraduate students who sign up to be on our mailing list online or at a Penn Abroad event between Monday, August 16 and Friday, December 10 are entered to win weekly and monthly prizes, which include Penn Abroad swag items, North Face backpacks, and more. One grand prize winner will receive a GoPro HERO9 Bundle!

  • Weekly prizes will be given out to up to 3 students randomly selected from that week's sign-ups and event attendees.

  • At the end of each month, one prize winner will be randomly selected to win a North Face backpack filled with Penn Abroad swag.

  • On December 11, one grand prize winner will be selected randomly to win a GoPro HERO9 bundle.

Eligibility & Additional Information

  • Only current University of Pennsylvania undergraduates are eligible to enter.

  • Entries will be considered valid when using the form on this page or the form on our regular mailing list page.

  • Attending a Penn Abroad event and signing up for the mailing list will also gain an entry to the raffle. Events include Penn Abroad information sessions, PA101 sessions, and pop-up advising. 

  • Only single online entries will be considered, signing up multiple times does not increase the number of entries.

  • Winners will be notified by email and are expected to set a time to pick up their prize from the Penn Abroad office during business hours.

Prizes

  • Each week up to three students will receive Penn Abroad swag items. Possible prizes include travel mugs, notebooks, pens, and t-shirts. 

  • One student each month (four total from September to December) will receive a North Face backpack (with the Penn Abroad logo) filled with Penn Abroad swag. 

  • One student will receive a GoPro HERO9 bundle that includes the HERO9 Black 5K30 action camera along with a spare battery, a quick-release clip with a magnetic camera mount, a handgrip that floats if dropped in water, a compact carry case, and a 32GB microSDHC card.
