Yuxin (Daisy) Ye

Biography

Yuxin (Daisy) Ye is a senior from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, Australia, studying a double degree in Computer Science and Finance. As an EAP Correspondent, she wants to show what an exchange semester actually feels like week to week — the fun parts, the awkward parts, and everything in between. Not long ago she was refreshing her inbox with no idea what Penn would be like, and she hopes her posts make that wait easier for whoever comes next.

She has already been diving into Penn’s startup scene, dropping by Venture Lab’s 2026 Entrepreneurship Expo and the Joiner Fair in her first weeks here. She is also splitting her time between Penn Engineering and Wharton, and signing up for judo and ultimate frisbee — neither of which she has ever tried. Five months is not long, so she plans to say yes to as much of it as she can.
