My Experience Abroad:
While I was abroad in Israel, I worked for an online publication as a staff reporter, photographer, and graphic designer. I am an English major at Penn and contemplating a fine arts minor, so the work directly correlates to different types of classes I have taken at Penn!
Other Highlights:

I stayed in a vegan eco-commune during my stay abroad and learned a lot about myself and ways to stay environmentally conscious.

I became really good friends with a law student in Germany and an Engineer from France, both of whom were also interning in Israel by themselves like me (but not at the same program).

I went to Scotland before I went to Israel and England after I went.

I learned a lot about myself and was able to personally grow from living in a different place where I didn't speak the language and had never been before!
