Erica Sebastian

As Director of Global People Operations, Erica provides country-specific knowledge and expertise in global operations and mobility to support all aspects of Penn’s international workforce needs. Erica joined the Global Support Services team from Penn Abroad, where she worked closely with students, faculty, and staff to direct a wide variety of student study, internship, and research programs abroad. Prior to joining Penn in 2017, Erica held leadership positions in international program development and university global engagement at Princeton University and Drexel University. Erica holds a BA in international studies and Spanish from the University of Oregon, and an MS in global and international education from Drexel University.
