Gabrielle Fine is a Junior in Wharton concentrating in Environmental, Social and Governance Factors for Business, with minors in Environmental Studies and French and Francophone Studies. This upcoming semester, she will be studying abroad through the Penn Semester in Lyon. Gabrielle has lived in the same town for her whole life on Long Island, New York and so she is grateful for the chance to live in a new country for a while! On campus, she is a tour guide as a part of the Kite and Key Society, a Wharton Cohort Director, a teaching assistant in the OID department and a member of Sigma Kappa. Outside of campus, she loves listening to music and going to concerts, brain games and logic puzzles, thrifting, skiing, and going to the beach. She cannot wait to spend the next semester immersing herself in France’s unique culture.
Specifically, this spring, she is excited to:
• Gain a deeper understanding of international business perspectives
• Meet and converse with native French speakers
• Take all of her courses in French to truly build fluency
• Travel and explore different cultures throughout Europe
• Live in the gastronomic capital of France and eat lots of bread and cheese!
