Are you ready to speak with a Penn Abroad advisor about your study abroad aspirations? Most semester and academic year study abroad programs require an advising appointment before you can open a Penn Abroad application. Check the program brochure page for the program(s) you are interested in to find out if your program requires an advising appointment.
Penn Abroad offers individual advising appointments, as well as group advising sessions. If your program requires advising and offers group advising, you are encouraged to attend the group advising session. Regardless of whether you are attending a group advising session or an individual advising appointment, it is essential to come prepared with any questions you may have about the program, region, or study abroad process!
Additionally, students must complete the Penn Abroad 101 module prior to scheduling an individual advising appointment. For more information on how to view this module, see Penn Abroad 101.
All sessions held at Penn Abroad (3701 Chestnut Street) take place in the large conference room.
All sessions held at Perry World House (3803 Locust Walk) take place in the 2nd floor conference room.
