Biography
Erin’s professional journey began in the entertainment industry, where she worked on major television series for Warner Bros., Disney, and NBCUniversal. She then spent two years in customer service operations at Philip Morris International in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, Erin managed high-value consumer orders for Finnish retail customers and oversaw e-commerce operations for the IQOS brand in Sweden. Erin uses her experience in project management, intercultural communication, and administrative organization to support the Global Support Services team with various global compliance initiatives.
Erin is originally from Trumbull, Connecticut, and holds a BA in Screenwriting from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles as well as a Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute.
