Activities Outside the US - Part I
Activities outside the US entail:
Details of cash outflows (any amount)

Identify by type

identify by country (region)
Identify the number of each by country (region)

Offices outside the US

Employees working outside the US for over 90 days

Agents
-
Independent contractors
Awards to Entities & Individuals - Part II & III
Part II and Part III should report awards paid to individuals and entities outside the US.
