USCIS Adjusting Premium Processing Fee

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that it is adjusting the fee to request premium processing for I-129 (H-1B) and I-140 (Permanent Residence) cases starting on November 29, 2019. The premium processing fee will increase to $1,440 from the current fee of $1,410.

Premium processing is an optional service which allows petitioners to request 15-day processing for cases if they pay an extra fee. The premium processing fee is paid in addition to the base filing fee and any other applicable fees. For cases filed after November 29, 2019, a filing fee check for $1,440 will be required if Premium Processing is requested.
