Bilquees Bano Vardag (Pakistan)

Biography

Bilquees is an LL.M. candidate at the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. Originally from Lahore, Pakistan, she completed her B.A. and LL.B. at the Lahore University of Management Sciences and worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Before coming to Penn, she practiced as an Associate at Haidermota & Co., where she focused on cross-border transactions.

At Penn, she is an active member of the Penn Business Law Association and the South Asian Law Association. Passionate about using law as a tool for social impact, she contributes to pro bono initiatives, including Youth Education Project and Decarceration Advocacy Project.

In her free time, Bilquees enjoys cinema, music, and exploring cultures through travel, food, and storytelling. She finds balance and inspiration in hiking and discovering nature.
