Kelly Ma

Kelly Ma leads the strategic development and execution of year-round integration programs, including orientations, workshops, and cultural activities designed to enhance the experience of international students, scholars and university administrators. Kelly manages all aspects of program logistics, from venue selection and staffing coordination to event registration and participant involvement, ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for students and collaborators alike.

With a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication from the Penn’s Graduate School of Education (Penn GSE) and a Bachelor’s degree in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of Toronto, Kelly combines academic expertise with a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication. Her previous roles in luxury market analysis and intercultural arts exchanges further enhance her ability to create meaningful, culturally responsive programming that fosters a strong sense of community for Penn’s international students.
