Dr. Adeola I. Oyeyemi serves as the first point of contact on International, Immigration and Integration services provided by the International Student and Scholar Services office. She provides the daily administrative and programmatic support to the Executive Director and the ISSS team. In doing this, she ensures accurate communication between staff, students, university environment and the community stakeholders via diverse methods as appropriate. Thereby contributing to the establishment and maintenance of relationships.
Adeola is a native of Nigeria, raised in Minnesota and now residing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned her B.A in Political Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, M.A in Health and Human Services Administration from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and her Ph.D (Public Administration) from Covenant University, Ogun State, Nigeria. She is well traveled locally and internationally with more plans to explore the world at large. Adeola has a rich knowledge base and exposure gained over the years in various fields including her time as an Assistant Lecturer overseas. Therefore, she is looking forward to bringing her skills to bear in her current role as a Global Program Assistant to advance the goals and mission of ISSS.
