Penn Global Welcomes Stephanie Ingenito as New Director of Finance and Operations

On April 21, 2025, Penn Global welcomed its new Director of Finance and Operations, Stephanie Ingenito.

Ingenito comes to Penn Global from Penn Vet, where she served as Director of Fiscal Operations. With Penn Vet, Ingenito was involved in all aspects of the School’s work, including budgeting and planning, financial operations, human resources and hiring, facilities and building management, and more.  She has worked at Penn since 2011, starting at the Comptroller’s Office and Penn Dental before advancing to Penn Vet.   

In her new role, Ingenito will lead Penn Global’s Business Office, working closely with Penn Global’s senior leadership and Provost Administrative Affairs. She will drive the financial strategy, oversee accounting practices, and manage key business operations for Penn Global and six of its reporting offices, including International Student and Scholar Services, Penn Abroad, Perry World House, Penn Washington, Global Initiatives, and Finance and Administration. Ingenito will also be involved in all aspects of Penn Global’s programming, including the grant program, study abroad, international student support, visiting fellow and scholar engagement, and many other ongoing and new initiatives that drive our mission forward.

Ingenito received her B.A. in Communications and Marketing from West Chester University. She later pursued a master’s in global studies from Penn’s School of Arts and Sciences, inspired by a 2013 Penn Today story about a student from Rwanda. She has since maintained a strong interest and passion for global engagement and international student support.
