Aaleyah Jackson

Biography

Aaleyah is a senior at the University of Pennsylvania from Bentonville, Arkansas, studying Political Science and Africana Studies in the College, with a language certificate in Mandarin Chinese. She is passionate about advocacy, law, public policy, and social change, with particular interests in criminal justice, educational equity, and voting rights. She enjoys learning about other cultures and languages and aspires to become a civil rights attorney and ultimately a Supreme Court Justice, pursuing a career in politics and law to dismantle institutional inequity and advance human and civil rights.

At Penn, Aaleyah is involved with the Nominations and Elections Committee, Penn Ambassadors, and serves as the Digital Media Coordinator for CHILD USA. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and cooking.
