Rose Garrity

Rose Garrity is the Penn Washington’s Business Administrator. Rose comes to Penn Washingtonr as a member of the University of Penn family, previously serving as the Finance Administrative Coordinator with the Penn Center for Innovation (PCI). She was a key member of the PCI team during the Center’s transformation into a driving force for technological innovation and entrepreneurship. She brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the inner business practices of the University and is known for her creativity in building successful business partnerships and systems. She first joined the University of Pennsylvania family in 2008 as Administrative Coordinator for the Division of Gastroenterology within the University’s School of Medicine.

Before joining Penn, Garrity served as the Executive Manager of Collingswood Partners Inc., a public-private partnership responsible for the oversight, growth, and management of three business improvement districts located in Collingswood, New Jersey. In this position, she was responsible for the redevelopment and continued growth of private businesses to support the local community. In addition, her creative marketing helped attract business leaders and spur development within the community, and she created more than 60 special events, working in close partnership with elected and appointed officials.
