Whether you need space for a meeting, conference, or private workshop, we are committed to accommodating your needs. To help us process your request efficiently, all requests must be submitted through our Event Space Reservation Form.
Please note that reservation requests may be made by Penn faculty and staff. Students and alumni are not currently eligible to request the space for events.
Any rentals to include but not limited to catering, catering staff, furniture, i.e., tables, chairs, bars, florals, linens, dishware, signage, alcohol, etc. will be scheduled/ordered and paid for by the department holding the event at Penn Washington.
