Hagje Yi

EAP Correspondents, and EAP Spring 2026

Biography

Hagje Yi is a senior from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea, majoring in Bio-Convergence (Bioengineering). Hagje loves to play sports and find the best restaurants around town.

At Penn, Hagje plans to experience the opportunities that only Penn offers. He will be participating as an undergraduate research intern in the Perelman School of Medicine to connect medical research with his biology coursework. He will also be a part of the sports culture at Penn and around Philadelphia, playing and watching sports games, especially soccer.

Hagje looks forward to working as an EAP correspondent to share his various experiences at Penn and help fellow EAP students during their journey at Penn.
