Hanxi Guo

Biography

Hanxi Guo is a sophomore from the University of Sydney, majoring in Computer Science and Statistics. At Penn, she is excited to embrace new traditions and perspectives, while as an EAP Correspondent, she hopes to share her journey in a way that encourages future exchange students to welcome the unknown with curiosity.

In her free time, Hanxi enjoys writing and photography, especially as ways to capture fleeting details of daily life. She has also joined the Penn Chess Club, where she appreciates the mix of strategy and community that the game brings. Having studied in different cities, she is fascinated by the ways people connect across cultures, from classroom collaborations to conversations over coffee. She looks forward to sharing these stories with the wider EAP community.
