Biography

Sara advises and supports students for summer, nursing, and engineering Study Abroad programs as well as oversees general Study Abroad initiatives. Before joining Penn, Sara managed Western Hemisphere recruitment and online programming for precollege students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison while living in rural Costa Rica. She earned her BBA in Marketing and certificate in TESOL from UW-Madison, and is presently earning a Master’s in the International Educational Development Program at Penn’s Graduate School of Education. She studied abroad in Hong Kong, participated in a short-term volunteer program in Australia, and completed a year-long teaching program in Costa Rica after completing her undergraduate work.
