Yuyi Hou

Biography

Yuyi is a student from UCL Bartlett, specializing in Urban Design and Management. During her study abroad experience at UPenn, she is broadening her academic focus by exploring real estate investment and energy markets, alongside media and film production at the College of Arts and Sciences, and Technology Entrepreneurship at Wharton. Passionate about connecting investment strategies with visual creativity and the entertainment industry, Yuyi is actively pursuing innovative, interdisciplinary opportunities to merge these fields. At UPenn, Yuyi is a member of the Marketing Club’s Creative and Social Impact Consulting Team, where she contributes to branding and purpose-driven projects. She also participates in the Entrepreneurship Club’s incubator program, leading a startup inspired by her previous work in London. As a committee member, she actively collaborates with the Wharton and UCL Real Estate Club, fostering connections of student communities. Yuyi is thriving in the vibrant campus life at UPenn and looks forward to building connections that bridge her passion for design, investment, and the creative industries.
