Michael oversees Penn’s inbound programming including the Exchange at Penn program and the Sawiris Penn Scholars Exchange Program. Michael also advises and supports students who are seeking global opportunities in the Semester Abroad program. Michael is a Penn graduate, completing his undergraduate studies in the College of Arts and Sciences with a major in Anthropology and Modern Middle East Studies. As an undergraduate, he studied abroad in Jordan and, after graduating, had the opportunity to live and work in Egypt.
