Important Announcement: ISSS Relocation During Winter Break
ISSS is moving! During the winter break, we will be relocating to our new office at 3935 Walnut Street, directly across from Gutmann College House, above McDonald’s.
Here’s our operational timeline:
- December 19, 2024 (Thursday) – Last day at St. Leonard’s Court, Suite 305 & 330, 3819 Chestnut Street.
- December 20-23, 2024 (Friday and Monday) – ISSS staff will be working remotely during regular hours (9:00am – 5:00pm). Your ISSS Advisors will be accessible via virtual appointments and daily drop-in. No in-person services will be available.
- December 24, 2024 (Tuesday) – Remote operations may be suspended for winter break beginning at 2:00pm.
- December 25, 2024 – January 1, 2025 – University Winter Break. ISSS is closed.
- January 2-7, 2025 (Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday) – Remote operations will resume during regular hours (9:00am – 5:00pm). Your ISSS Advisors will be accessible via virtual appointments and daily drop-in. No in-person services will be available.
- January 8, 2025 (Wednesday) – ISSS will reopen for in-person operations at our new location: 3935 Walnut Street, 5th Floor.
