With a robust career spanning over two decades, Michael has been an integral part of the Penn Community. His diverse skill set encompasses extensive experience in marketing, purchasing, and local IT support within Business Services. Michael's adeptness in navigating the intricacies of these domains has contributed significantly to the success of various initiatives and projects.

In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael exhibited resilience and adaptability by transitioning to a pivotal role in Wellness. During this critical period, he played a key role in managing both the PennOpen Pass and COVID Resource support centers. His ability to navigate unprecedented circumstances and provide effective support underscores his leadership capabilities.

Before joining Penn, Michael demonstrated his creative prowess as a graphic designer for Verizon, where he contributed to visually compelling and impactful designs. Additionally, his tenure at Best Buy saw him managing a Tier 2 computer repair depot, showcasing his technical acumen and problem-solving skills in a leadership role.
