U.S.–China Relations Student Fellows Program 2026–27 Now Open
The Penn Project on the Future of U.S.-China Relations invites applications from current University of Pennsylvania undergraduate students to join our Student Fellows program for the 2026-27 academic year.
Each year, ten (10) Student Fellows are competitively selected. Over the course of the academic year, Student Fellows will meet regularly in-person; be invited to join virtual meetings with the wider Project community; enjoy special opportunities to interact with occasional visitors the Project brings to campus; participate in the Project’s annual on-campus workshop in May; and be encouraged to publish a short commentary on some aspect of U.S.-China policy on the Project website.
Through this overall experience, the Student Fellows will become an integral part of the Project community, benefiting from informal interactions with leading scholars and other experts on U.S.-China relations, as well as more formal research opportunities and professional mentoring.
