ISSS hosts ISO (International Student Orientation) activities for all new international undergraduate students.

Campus Tour

Time: 12:00pm – 1:30pm
Location: Meet at ISSS, 3701 Chestnut Street (Penn Global entrance)
Join us for a walk around campus to see some highlights that will help you get familiar with your new home!

New International Student Social Hour

Time: 5:00 - 6:00pm
Location: Perry World House, 3803 Locust Walk

Join us at the Perry World House for a Social Hour with new international students at Penn! Make connections, play some Penn trivia, and enjoy refreshments!

Center City Philadelphia & One Liberty Observation Deck

Time: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Location: Meet at ISSS, 3701 Chestnut St (Penn Global entrance)
Cost: $5 per ticket (May purchase up to two tickets)

Get a bird’s-eye-view from the top of one of Philadelphia tallest buildings! You’ll see as far as the eye can see of the “City of Brotherly Love”, which is a UNESCO World Heritage City. Before getting your view of the city, we’ll visit the famous Reading Terminal Market that sells traditional American treats and foods and stop by City Hall, which is the biggest municipal building in the U.S.!
