You have probably already discovered that attending school as an international student or scholar requires a lot of forms. Some of these forms are used to satisfy the needs of the US government, and others are required by the University. Throughout the ISSS web site, we've provided links to the necessary forms and felt it would be helpful to organize them on one page for easy retrieval.

Forms for Penn Departments
H-1B and J-1 Scholar Application eforms

In keeping with ISSS efforts to improve our processes to serve the Penn community, we have developed electronic forms for H-1B Specialty Worker applications and for J-1 Scholar applications.

The electronic forms have a number of distinct advantages: 1) enhance data integrity, 2) eliminate redundant data entry and 3) reduce paper copies. Once the application is submitted online, departmental representatives will be able to review the case progress and status updates via the new tool.

If you are a new BA or do not have access to the ISSS eform system (iPenn), please contact us at oipadm@pobox.upenn.edu for requisite training. Please bring your completed "Departmental Access Authorization Form" to the training session.
