Alison (Ali) Noji Clauser is the Associate Director in the Office of Global Initiatives. Joining Penn Global in 2014 as a Global Initiatives Fellow, Ali is currently responsible for Penn Global's development and stewardship activities, strategic outreach and communication initiatives, as well as other special projects designed to promote global engagement across the Penn community.
As Global Initiatives Fellow, Ali supported Penn Global’s growing portfolio of international initiatives, including its research and engagement funds and student programs, in close partnership with colleagues across campus. Prior to joining Penn Global, Ali was a proposal and project coordinator at Child Trends, a research center based in Washington, DC, providing key support in the proposal development process, acquisition of new business, and management of grant and contract reporting. Ali holds a M.S.Ed from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education and B.A. in French and International Studies from the University of Richmond.
