Ms. Koch has consulted inside and outside Penn on various aspects of international activities, including: compliance, employment, payroll, tax, relocation, benefits, compensation and travel policies, and international assignment program issues.

As Director of Global People Operations, Erica provides country-specific knowledge and expertise in global operations and mobility to support all aspects of Penn’s international workforce needs.

DeAnna supports global strategic planning, coordination, and compliance; working closely with the Tax and Comptroller teams, Treasury, OGC, Audit and Compliance and other Central offices, analyzing information to formulate and support global policies, strategies and compliance requirements.

Sajid's role covers management of the website, data analysis and reporting, various process improvement initiatives, and coordinating communications and outreach throughout the University with respect to global administration needs.

Erin comes to us with global operations and customer service experience from her previous role at Philip Morris International in Stockholm, Sweden.  Erin’s educational background and early professional career were in the film industry, serving as a Production Assistant and Production Secretary on several major network television series for Warner Bros., Disney and NBCUniversal.
