Penn Global Seminars (PGS) combine intensive semester-long study with a short-term travel component that deepens your understanding of concepts discussed in the classroom. The Penn faculty leaders design seminars that travel to unique locations, which offer significant opportunity for cultural exchange and immersion.
Summer Study Abroad
Program OptionsTU Dortmund
The TU Dortmund International Summer Program in Germany offers you the opportunity to earn academic credit and participate in one of three tracks. Track themes include Engineering, German and European Studies, or Entrepreneurship. Fields of study within the Engineering track include Biochemical and Chemical Engineering, Automation and Robotics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science. Students can combine courses from the different tracks, and also have the ability to participate in research with a TU Dortmund faculty member. All students participate in a mandatory German Language & Culture course.
