Exchange at Penn Correspondents Alex Baxter

Alex Baxter is a junior on exchange at Penn from the University of Edinburgh, studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE). Though born in England, he also grew up living in Germany, Northern Ireland, and Australia. On campus, Alex is a columnist and photographer at the Daily Pennsylvanian and 34th Street magazine as well as a committee member in the International Affairs Association and the Assembly of International Students; he also plays on Penn’s Ultimate Frisbee team. In his free time, he avidly watches movies and attempts to speak in passable Spanish. This Spring is Alex’s second and final semester at Penn, so he is looking forward to squeezing out every opportunity he can while it lasts.
