Exchange at Penn Correspondents Celia Ngoga

Celia is an exchange student from Queen Mary University of London in her second semester at the College of Arts and Sciences. She is majoring in Political Science. Celia is extremely excited about taking the role of EAP correspondent, as she loves documenting and sightseeing. She was born and raised in Kenya, moved to the UK at 18 to pursue university, then decided to do a year abroad at UPenn in her third year. Her hobbies include travelling, food, cultures, media and many more. Celia states, "Penn has been my second home, and I aim to share with you all these experiences and parts of the country. I know it can be daunting arriving in a new place and being away from your family. I promise you, you will not regret it, there is so much out there and you will look back and be super proud of yourself. Take that chance and believe in yourself!"
