Hey! My name is Jiaqi Song, a current sophomore in the Huntsman program (International Studies and Business) targeting Italian. My concentrations in Wharton are most likely going to be Management and Business Analytics. In addition, I'm thinking of doing classical studies and math minors. I am in the Penn Wind Ensemble and Global Research and Consulting. As part of Huntsman, I am required to study abroad for one semester in my target region and specifically chose Bocconi because I have many high school friends currently studying there (I moved to Italy when I was nine, from China). During my free time, I am an avid runner (just signed up for the 2020 Rome marathon!) who spends too much money on food on a daily basis and likes to make Youtube videos.
Things I look forward to in Milan: introducing my Penn friends to my Italian friends; taking a stroll along the Navigli canals on a Friday night with a panzerotto at hand; showing others that there is so much more to explore than just fashion and finance in the business hub of Italy.
