Railyn Diaz is a senior in the Wharton School studying Organizational Management and Decisions Strategy. On campus, she serves on the Leadership Board for the Effective Communication for Business Impact course (Wharton 201), is a member of Black Wharton Consulting, and volunteers in the local Philadelphia community. During her free time, you can catch her playing volleyball with friends, taking weekend trips to new cities, or swimming at the beach. Originally from New York City, she has always enjoyed learning about different living communities and cultural norms. During her junior year of high school, she studied abroad in Spain with the Student Diplomacy Corps, where she visited Seville, Barcelona, Madrid, Granada, and Arcos de la Frontera. She is looking forward to combining her interest in business strategy with her curiosity about other cultural customs as she explores one of the most diverse financial hubs in the world: London.
