Alex Coulston

Alex advises and supports students who are seeking global opportunities in the Semester Abroad (SA) program as well as providing support for short-term and faculty-led programming, including Penn Global Seminars (PGS). Before joining Penn Abroad, Alex was a Program Director for the Princeton in Asia fellowship program, managing programs in Southeast Asia, and was also a Staff Leader for a service-learning summer internship program to China with Princeton University. Alex completed his B.A. in International Studies, with a regional concentration in the Middle East and North Africa at Emory University and is currently finishing his M.A. in Second Language Studies at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. While at Emory, Alex studied abroad for a summer at Sciences Po in Paris, France and has also worked and lived in Singapore and China.
