My Experience Abroad:

I took classes within the international business program at UPF in Barcelona - such as Cross Cultural Management and International Finance - which aligned with my major coursework at Penn and also gave me unique international perspectives which were helpful in my future professional goals to work in business abroad. I was also able to take a Television Writing & Directing course which fulfilled my minor (Cinema Media Studies). In general, I got to learn a lot about myself and a completely different lifestyle, which really opened my mind for what I want to do with my future (and made so many friends along the way)!

Other Highlights:

• Lots of picnics by the beach with jamón and cheeses

• Hiking and watching the sunrise at Bunkers

• Parades and costumes at the annual Sitges carnival

• Watching FCB games (at the stadium or at local sports bars) with friends

• Taking a Paella-making class with friends visiting from Penn
