Deepali Barapatre is a dual-program MSEd student at the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. Her research interests lie at the intersection of education technology and education policy for developing countries and marginalized populations. Barapatre received her BE in electronics engineering and has worked in leadership and consultant roles with grassroots educational non-profits in India and Hong Kong.
