Eebbaa Elfneh

Eebbaa Elfneh is the Global Justice and Human Rights Program Coordinator at Perry World House, overseeing the administrative and programmatic details of the new initiative. He also works closely with the wider Penn faculty on human rights related projects, including the development of a new human rights index. Prior to joining Perry World House, Eebbaa held the Choate Memorial Fellowship at Harvard University. He received his BA in Geography, History, and Spanish from the University of Cambridge where he was also heavily involved in environmental and racial justice activism.
