Events and Building Operations Manager | Apply Now

The Events and Building Operations Manager will execute high-quality, professional event planning and management, as well as building operations management. The position will develop processes and procedures to ensure continued high level execution of PWH events, and continued improvement of building operations, as well as serve as primary contact for university-approved vendors. The Events and Building Operations Manager will also oversee the IT Support team to ensure timely onboarding and offboarding of employee technology as well as responding to major and minor IT/Tech issues in a timely manner.

The Programs Fellow position provides applicants with up to a two-year-long opportunity to support PWH's intellectual and programmatic dimensions. The Programs Fellow plays a critical role by providing research and programmatic support to PWH’s two primary research themes: 1) Global Shifts: Urbanization, Migration, and Climate Change and 2) the Future of the Global Order: Power, Technology, and Governance and its related subthemes and future program themes to be determined, including an emerging program related to human rights.

The Student Programs Coordinator plays a critical role helping to implement PWH’s two signature, competitive student-engagement programs: the World House Student Fellows Program and the Graduate Associates Program, as well as its annual Global Career Week. The Student Programs Coordinator drives our general student programming, including New Student Orientation planning, and other efforts to expand PWH's engagement with Penn undergraduates and graduate students.

Visitor and Administrative Coordinator | Apply Now

The Visitor and Administrative Coordinator's core responsibilities will be the administrative planning for all PWH program participants related to travel arrangements, accommodations, visa requirements, reimbursement, and more. The position will work closely with the Penn Global Business Office to manage all financial agreements related to visitors, as well as manage grant deliverables and reconcile purchases and fulfillments.
