Perry World House Penn's Hub for Global Affairs: Annual Report 2022-2023

Our 2022-2023 Annual Report, Penn's Hub for Global Affairs, focuses on how Perry World House supports the University of Pennsylvania's longstanding commitment to global engagement and connection. As the world becomes a more turbulent and fragmented place, that commitment is all the more important.

Amid new security, technological, and environmental challenges, the international community needs spaces where experts can come together and collaborate to produce research for global impact. Perry World House is one such space - a central point where the different strands of Penn's global strategy converge.

Throughout the year, we engage policymakers and practitioners, scholars, students, and the public. We bring the University's wealth of academic knowledge to the global policy community, and take ideas forged at Penn out into the corridors of power. We support Penn faculty and early-career scholars from around the world to explore and share their research on major global issues. We host a packed schedule of public events, giving our campus community and wider audience access to expert insights on world affairs.  And we shape Penn students into the next generation of policy leaders through exciting programs, giving them first-hand access to the issues and people at the center of global policy discussions.

As Penn Global moves into its second decade, Perry World House will continue to stand at the forefront of the University's global engagement efforts.
