Charles Conroy Tan is a sophomore from the Philippines studying Cognitive Science at the College of Arts and Sciences with a minor in Consumer Psychology at The Wharton School. He is interested in the intersection of economic and climate policy, particularly in emerging agrarian economies such as the Philippines.
