Staff David C. Dreilinger

David Dreilinger is a program manager at Perry World House, joining PWH after more than a decade at the U.S. Department of State. As a Foreign Service Officer he completed diplomatic tours overseas in Seoul and Mexico City as well as domestic assignments in Washington and at the U.S. Mission to the U.N. in New York.  In 2014 he was detailed to the European Affairs Directorate at the National Security Council. David has a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and a BA from Wesleyan University.
