Daniel Bodansky is Regents’ Professor at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University. He is the author of The Art and Craft of International Environmental Law, which received the 2011 Sprout Award from the International Studies Association, and co-author of International Climate Change Law, which received the 2018 Certificate of Merit from the American Society of International Law. Prior to joining the ASU faculty in 2010, he taught at the University of Washington from 1989-1999, served as climate change coordinator at the U.S. State Department from 1999 to 2001, and held the Woodruff Chair of International Law at the University of Georgia from 2002 to 2010. He is a graduate of Harvard (AB), Cambridge (MPhil) and Yale (JD).
