Staff Spencer Northcutt

Prior to joining Perry World House, Spencer Northcutt was director of operations for Pro-Team Sports with ESF, Inc. In this role, he was responsible for planning and executing several professional sports organizations’ youth camps for major teams, including The Philadelphia Phillies, The Philadelphia 76ers, The Brooklyn Nets, Arsenal FC, and Paris Saint-Germain FC. These events spanned the East Coast, from Florida to Connecticut, where he managed a seasonal staff of 150+ and oversaw a yearly internship program consisting of 25 employees.

Before his time at ESF, Inc., Northcutt worked at Auburn University in their Events and Operations department, helping to set up and execute events ranging from NCAA Basketball and football games to weddings, graduation ceremonies, and keynote speakers.

A native of Auburn, Alabama, Northcutt attended Auburn University, where he received his BA in business with focuses in human development and sports coaching.
