By Perry World House

Applications are now open for the 2023-2024 cohort of our World House Student Fellows Program. This competitive program is intended for undergraduate students from any school or department who have demonstrated a serious interest in exploring global affairs in-depth during their time at Penn.

World House Student Fellows will participate in a series of weekly seminars, projects, and activities oriented around critical global inquiry. They will receive unparalleled access to, and direct interaction with, faculty and distinguished visitors, along with unique opportunities and activities related to global affairs.

World House Student Fellows work on policy projects, exploring policy-relevant research question on major global issues; get unique access to our faculty and visitors; receive research and career mentorship; can apply for funding for thesis research and summer internships; and have preferential access to special events at Perry World House. We also run three annual trips for our Student Fellows - to Washington, DC in the spring, Geneva, Switzerland over Spring Break, and New York City in the fall - to meet with policymakers, alumni, NGOs, and academics. Recent trips have included visits to the UN and Doctors Without Borders.

Deadline extended: Click here to apply by March 3, 2023.
