By Perry World House

Our annual report looks back on a year of building connections on Penn's campus and beyond.

This week, we released our latest Annual Report, Networking The World. A retrospective of our third full academic year in operation, it explores how Perry World House has developed - and continues to develop - a global network that connects expertise from Penn's labs and lecture halls with people working on the world's most urgent issues, whether in Congress or at a refugee camp.

"Perry World House is building a vibrant, idea-generating network across our Penn campus and around the world. In just three short years, this effort has helped create an infrastructure of interconnections that takes the power of Penn...out to the world."

- Amy Gutmann, President, University of Pennsylvania

Networking The World gives an overview of our purpose; our research; our ideas; our programs; our support for faculty; and our partnerships. Each chapter is anchored around one of the leaders who energize our global network.

We bring leading experts from across the globe to Penn, to develop and advance innovative policy proposals on critical issues from climate change to migration, and to work with our students to prepare them for an increasingly globalized society and economy.

"Each year at Perry World House, we have succeeded in finding better ways to connect and engage on the key questions that shape the globe with some of the world's most prominent thinkers and experts."

- Michael C. Horowitz, Perry World House Interim Director and Professor of Political Science, University of Pennsylvania
